ISO Policy Statement

Customs4trade’s (C4T) quality and information security policy is designed to satisfy the demands and requirements of the company’s stakeholders in the best way possible.

With an objective of balancing the interests of our stakeholders, the advancement of the quality of our products and services, and the improvement of our management system for information security, we are harmonised with the ISO 27001:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

A management system which performs effectively constitutes a precious tool. It does not only offer a structure and outline for all processes, whether fundamental or supplementary, it also provides the same purpose with regard to risk management. The ongoing engagement and professionalism of leadership and employees is of utmost importance in the implementation and continuation of the management system.

C4T will ensure the security of information regarding all existing and future activities, protect the information in accordance with its security level, and ensure that all employees and stakeholders are authorised to access the Information Security and Quality Management System Principles and Policies according to their level of permission, as determined by leadership.

All units and employees act in accordance with the C4T ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard and contribute to its continuous development. We are committed to continually improving the performance of our quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 to enhance the satisfaction of our customers and interested parties.

The implementation of C4T’s Information Security Management System, stipulated by the ISO 27001:2017 standard, is defined by the Information Security Policy, which covers all areas of Information Security.

We achieve our information security and quality objectives by:

  • formulating an information security and quality policy which is applicable and a fit for the company and ensuring comprehension and familiarity with this policy within the company

  • establishing a framework for determining the objectives of quality and information security and improving them constantly

  • continuously monitoring and maximising customer satisfaction, information security, safety, and employees well-being

  • communicating with stakeholders

  • identifying tasks and obligations, competencies, procedures, and methods of operation

  • fostering a high level of information security and stimulating employees’ awareness with regard to quality offering the essential resources to maintain and ensure constant improvement of the management system

  • sustaining the fulfilment of requirements determined through applicable legislation in the field

  • preserving the management system in line with the terms stipulated in the ISO-27001:2017 and ISO-9001:2015 standards.
