ISO Policy Statement

Customs4trade’s (C4T) quality and information security policy is designed to satisfy the demands and requirements of the company’s stakeholders in the best way possible. A management system which performs effectively constitutes a precious tool. It does not only offer a structure and outline for all processes, whether fundamental or supplementary, it also provides the same purpose with regard to risk management. The ongoing engagement and professionalism of leadership and employees is of utmost importance in the implementation and continuation of the management system.

C4T will ensure the security of information regarding all existing and future activities, protect the information in accordance with its security level, and ensure that all employees and stakeholders are authorised to access the Information Security and Quality Management System Principles and Policies according to their level of permission, as determined by leadership.

All units and employees act in accordance with the C4T ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard and contribute to its continuous development. We are committed to continually improving the performance of our quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 to enhance the satisfaction of our customers and interested parties.
